Booking and payment are required upfront. You will receive detailed boarding instructions upon order confirmation. It is your responsibility to get to the departure point on time. Payments made to confirm bookings are not refundable. Should you need to postpone your booking, we will require at least 72 hours notice. Departure times are set and not alterable. If you are late for your check-in, you will miss the boat. If you miss the boat, you cannot use payment made for a future booking - your payment will be forfeited. You are not allowed to bring any food or beverages onto the Emerald resort property or onto the boat. Liquid Lounge is a closed boat; rain does not affect our cruises. We cruise as scheduled. Only "Act of God" events such as flooding will ground Liquid Lounge, in which case your booking will be postponed, and payments made will be kept until we find you a suitable alternate date.
